Terms of use

Last updated: 04.10.2026

These terms govern use of the Carvia platform operated by Carvia operator (name to be specified) (registration code to be specified, address to be specified). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

Carvia is a vehicle marketplace that helps sellers prepare listings and buyers find vehicles. A listing may be free and unverified; a verification badge is shown separately only after the relevant data check. Carvia provides the technical environment and is not the seller or buyer of vehicles.

2. Accounts and user obligations

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep your access credentials secure.
  • Take responsibility for activity carried out through your account.
  • Do not use the platform unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

3. Listing rules

  • A listing must describe the vehicle truthfully and accurately.
  • The seller is responsible for the accuracy of listing information.
  • Misleading information, forged documents and copying other listings are prohibited.
  • Carvia may remove listings that breach these terms.

4. AI AutoCheck and limitation of liability

Carvia AutoCheck shows only results obtained from available and identified sources. Listing quality, paid visibility and registry-backed verification are separate states. AutoCheck is an informational aid and does not replace a physical inspection or test drive.

Carvia does not guarantee the actual condition of a vehicle or the outcome of a transaction and is not responsible for a transaction between buyer and seller. The user remains responsible for the purchase decision.

5. Intellectual property

The platform software, design and trademarks belong to Carvia. A seller retains rights to uploaded content while granting Carvia the right to use it to display the listing.

6. Changes and suspension of the service

Carvia may develop, change or restrict the service. We may restrict or terminate access for a user who breaches these terms.

7. Governing law

Estonian law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Estonia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the platform. Questions: info@carvia.ee.
